Kids Have Rights

From Mission America. It makes sense to me.

We hear a lot today about "social justice," especially in churches, but oddly,
it always sounds a lot more like the Democratic Party platform than anything
resembling biblical truth.

What about our kids? What would a "just" America look like for them?

And...how many of these would Obama support? Hmm...

1. Kids have the right to be born, period. This is a true justice issue. They
have a right to have moms and dads who know they are ALL human beings.

2. Kids have the right to be raised by the two parents who conceived them: mom
and dad.

3. Kids have the right to have parents who are not addicted to drugs, alcohol,
deviant or adulterous sex, pornography, gambling or themselves.

4. Kids have the right to health care, provided by one or more working,
functional parents.

5. Kids have the right to a childhood free of Internet porn, sexual
molestation, adult clothing at age 11, and condom instructions.

6. Kids have the right to be told to go outside and play.

7. Kids have the right to home-cooked meals.

8. Kids have the right to speak English at school.

9. Kids have the right to hear the Gospel in Christian-based America.

10. Kids have the right to grow up in a country safe from terrorist attacks,
immigrant takeover from within, rabid racism framed as equality, or government
theft disguised as excessive taxation.

11. Kids have the right to be taught by teachers who aren't pornography users,
child predators, transvestites, homosexuals, or anarchists.

12. Kids have the right to learn about self-respect, not self -esteem, as the
foundation for security and confidence.

13. Kids have the right to be taught to read -- not imagine, not guess, but
read.

14. Kids have the right to learn that marriage is between one man and one
woman, period.

15. Kids have the right to be taught how to work hard.

16. Kids have the right to be disciplined appropriately when needed-then hugged
again.

17. Kids have the right to have their parents informed if they are about to
visit Planned Parenthood, a school health clinic for condoms, or a school
psychological counselor. Better yet, they have a right to schools that offer
none of these options.

18. Kids have a right to have no provision for government- funded housing
outside of their home if they get pregnant.

19. Kids have a right to safe neighborhoods, and to grow up with respect for
the law and with a legal system that recognizes the rights cited above.

20. Kids have the right to learn authentic American history, to respect and be
grateful for America, and that it's wonderful to be a proud American.

Let's make sure we ADULTS provide all these things for our children and
grandchildren. This is true social justice.
